★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14時過ぎに訪問で先客は1名。ネギチャーシュー麺並を注文。味付けはラーメンショップの文法に沿った王道の味。ネギは他店と比べてどっさり盛られるのは、ネギの産地深谷と言う事か。チャーシューも盛り付けの前にロースターで炙ってるので風味が良い。全体的に満足度が高いラーショ。
 I visited after 14:00 and had one guest. We ordered Negiya char siu noodles. The seasoning is the royal road taste according to the grammar of the ramen shop. It is said that green onions are more popular than other stores in Fukaya, which is the onion production area. The roasted roast pork is also roasted before serving, so it has a good flavor. Rasho with high overall satisfaction.

I felt the green onions were delicious. The char siu has a crispy texture, not a fluffy texture. It doesn't seem to be open at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の昼間という稼ぎ時であろうに行ったら都合により休みと張り紙あり。いつやっているかわからない。何台も駐車場に停まっては、帰っていくお客さん。味はラーショである程度の各店舗での違いなどあるが。fcで我が物顔で営業されていたり、客への感謝の言葉は小さく聞こえないが注意は気持ちがこもっている店主と一癖も二癖もある人が多すぎる。
If I went there during the daytime on Sunday, I would have a day off and a poster. I don't know when I'm doing it. Customers who return after parking many cars in the parking lot. The taste is rasho and there are some differences in each store. There are too many people who have one habit or two habits with the shop owner who is open with his own face at fc and the words of gratitude to the customers do not sound small but he is full of attention.

お店自体は古い感じがするが、店内はそれなりに整理してある。
肝心なラーメンは基本的な豚骨醤油ラーメンで美味しかった。
ラーメン＆ネギ丼が700円

The shop itself looks old, but the inside of the shop is organized as it is.
The essential ramen was the basic pork bone soy sauce ramen and it was delicious.

飲みに来る輩は総じて柄が悪い。
日曜日の昼間は避けた方が良いかと。
ラーメン自体は可もなく不可もない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アッサリスープだけど店主さんが好みに合わせて「多めにするよ」って案内してくれたので「少し多め」でお願いしたら丁度良い塩梅で卓上のおろしニンニクを入れれば美味しいです♪
麺は安定の中細ストレート麺。
プラスチック製の麺箱には「ラーメンショップ」の文字が見えましたがポソっとした感じが違う麺かも？
和えネギの中に細切れチャーシューが入っていて旨くてコレはキマりましたね♪
もちろん、和えネギとチャーシューをライスに載せて海苔で巻き巻きして食べれば満足〜♪
コチラは店舗は古いですが卓上アイテムのおろしニンニクや豆板醤を自前の入れ物に綺麗に入れ直してあるのが好印象。店主さん、お母さんの接客も最高なお店です。
It's an assari soup, but the owner told me to add more to suit my taste, so if you ask for a little more, it's delicious if you add grated garlic on the table with just the right salt plum.
The noodles are stable medium-thin straight noodles.
I could see the word "ramen shop" in the plastic noodle box, but maybe the noodles have a different feeling.
There was shredded char siu in the green onions and it was delicious.
Of course, if you put the green onions and char siu on rice and wrap it with seaweed, you will be satisfied.
The store is old, but it's a good impression that the tabletop items such as grated garlic and doubanjiang are neatly refilled in your own container. The shop owner and mother's customer service is also the best.
