・入り口には契約しないで違法駐輪している自転車が並んでいる。
・2階、3階に夜騒いで床をドンドンしている人がいる。
・宅配ボックスはあるが3台しかなく、ずっと荷物が入っているため活用できない。
・換気扇の下でタバコを吸ってる人がいるのか、気づいたらタバコが臭ってくることがある。
また、雨の日には入り口に水溜りができることもあります。
近くのアパートに似たような条件の物件があればそちらを検討されることを推奨します。
