ショートステイ利用しました。金銭面でちょっと。料金は、介護保険で、1泊いくらでなく、【１日あたりいくら】でとれることに決まっています。そうすると、普通、１日目は、朝方か午前中に入所できて、最終日は夕方近くに退所だなと思いますよね。厚労省が介護保険の料金を決める際にも、1日あたりこういうことをやるからこのくらいの料金になるという【評価】をして決めているはずで、それは、朝から夕方くらいの設定になっていると思います。ところが、入所時間と退所時間の相談はなく、いきなり、一方的に通知書なるものを送ってきて、入所は夕方3時、退所は朝１０時とか、言ってます。こちらは慌てます。入所日と退所日、家族は自宅待機してんきゃならないじゃん！私出かけられないじゃない！請求書ももちろん、3時入所なのに１日分ばっちりとり、10時退所なのに１日分ばっちりとります。苦情言ったら、上からものを言うような感じでますます不快になりました。介護保険上は可能なようなので、支払いました。しかし、こちらにも交渉権がないように扱われた（当初説明があれば、午前入所、午後退所にさせた）のは先方の作戦。ずるいから気をつけましょう。

89歳の母親をショートステイにお願いしました。ケアマネさんの紹介です。往復送迎はありません。入所当日、担当者の主任？責任者？のミ◎ギ◎と言う女性が入所説明をしてくれましたが、全てが高圧的でホスピタリティを感じません。すぐに母親は部屋に連れて行かれ「面会は出来ませんから」とピシャリ！　コロナ渦なのでそんな事分かってますよ！！忙しいので「さっさとお引き取り下さい」と促され退散。若いスタッフさんは話を聞いてくれそうでしたが断念。後日、入所が決まった老人ホームの車でお迎えに行った時も老人ホームの看護師さん始めスタッフさん等への自己紹介も無く、看護師さんがお名前を聞くと感じ悪く胸の名表を見せてました。これには老人ホームのスタッフさんも唖然。一刻も早く退散したいと車椅子へ移動。これにも一切手伝わず傍観。帰路につきました。こんな上司が居たらスタッフも腐って決ます。老健と言う施設で働くとストレスで感じ悪い人間になってしまうのかな？？大変なお仕事と思いますが、、もっとホスピタリティを大切にして欲しいと思いました。感じの悪い◎ネ◎シさんの心のケアが1番大切かも。もう二度と行きたくない嫌な思いをした老健でした。
