K	Kacho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三鷹市の上連雀にある交通公園です。住宅街にあります。交通公園と言うと、この周辺では杉並児童交通公園（浜田山）や、大泉交通公園（保谷）がありますが、それらと比べると、この上連雀交通公園はかなりコンパクト。住宅街の公園としての大きさならば普通〜そこそこの広さという感じですが、交通公園としては狭く感じます。自転車のコースも、他の交通公園と比較するとシンプルです。ただ、コンパクトでシンプルな分、見通しがよく、単純に自転車の練習にはよいと思います。（大泉交通公園なんかはコースの分岐が多いので、ある程度自転車が乗れる子ならば楽しめますが、慣れるまでは複雑ですし、全体を見渡せないという点では心配な部分もあります。）貸し出ししている自転車の種類は少なめですが、小さめの14インチの自転車もあります。初回時は係員の方に声をかけると、利用方法などを簡単に説明してくれます。公園の入口脇に事務所がありますが、トイレはそちらにあります。トイレの数は少ないです。自転車のコース以外に、小さめの砂場もあります。 It is a traffic park in the upper rink of Mitaka City.
