社員へのマージンが低いわりに他展開事業に失敗したり、社長がセスナ購入などバブル期の感覚が抜けてない印象でした。
管理職の方も優秀とは言いづらい方が多い印象でした。
当時とは社長も変わり、今の社風はわかりませんが、もし何も変わっていないのであれば、長期在籍は薦めにくいと感じています。
