The founder, Hisako Suga, lived in Kamakura. With the cooperation of her husband, Torao Suga, we will use our home in Kamakura to accept people with intellectual disabilities. After that, the current Koumekai will be relocated and developed in Kamiogino, Atsugi City, where there is no mechanism or system for people with intellectual disabilities. This is because the current Koumeikai has expanded its business with the understanding of the local residents of Kamiogino, where it is located, and continues to the present day.
