★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話の対応がひどい。女だったけど何言ってるかわからないから子ども預けるのが不安で利用するの辞めた。よくあれで成り立ってるなって思った。いい大人なんだからもう少しマナーとか言葉遣いしっかり教育したほうがいいと思う。どこかの学生バイトのほうが接客態度いいと思う。
口コミ調べたら評判悪くて今回の件で納得した。預けなくてよかったと心底思った。顔見えてなくても電話の対応でもう想像できるレベル(笑)
評価星１だけど実際１以下。
 Phone response is terrible. She was a woman, but she didn't know what she was saying. I thought it was made up of that. Because I'm a good adult, I think it's better to educate a little more on manners and language. I think that a student part-time job somewhere has a better customer service attitude.
The word of mouth was poor and I was convinced in this case. I was really glad I didn't leave it. Even if you can not see your face, you can already imagine by handling the phone (laugh)
Although it is a rating star, it is actually 1 or less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清潔で安心して通わせられる園です。規模はコンパクトですが、上手にやりくりしている印象。英会話やリトミック、3歳からは希望者に習い事も。落ち着いた家庭が多いです。
先生の電話対応は、忙しい時間帯に子供と接しながらとなると少し雑になってしまうことはあるのかも。
なお北与野にもちびっこランドありますが、運営が全く異なります。

The teacher's telephone response may be a little messy when dealing with children during busy hours.
There is a little child land in Kitayono, but the operation is completely different.
