先客0で入店して日替りを頼んだら20分弱も掛かってようやく配膳。自分の後に店に入った2組より後の配膳でした。中国の方はお待たせしましたの一言も言えないようだ。
店舗は清潔とは言えない。
今後は並びの蕎麦屋にします。

When I entered the restaurant with 0 customers and asked for a daily change, it took less than 20 minutes to finally serve. It was served after the two groups who entered the store after me. The Chinese people can't say the word that kept them waiting.
The store is not clean.
In the future, we will make it a line of soba restaurants.

丁度良い塩加減にご飯が進みます。
エビもプリップリで噛むと身が弾ける感じが心地良かった。杏仁豆腐付きというのも嬉しいです。
オバちゃんは忙しそうなので、声かけ辛いですよ。

お店の造りはテーブル席のみで間口から思うよりもけっこう広めです。
客層は老若男女幅広く、店内ではBGMなどは流れておらず、お客さんの話し声たけが聞こえてきました。
テーブル席に着くと冷たい麦茶が出されました。
牛肉野菜チャーハン＋半ラーメンを食しました。
冷奴、杏仁豆腐、ザーサイがついて税込900円です。
牛肉野菜チャーハンの具材は牛肉、玉子、小松菜、葱などであり、具材がたっぷりと入れられています。
牛肉はやわらかく弾力があり旨味がたっぷりです。
ご飯にムラなく油がまとわっていて旨味がたっぷりですがしつこさはないです。
半ラーメンの具材はチャーシュー、玉子、もやし、刻まれた葱などです。
麺は表面がなめらかでフワフワとした軽い食感であり、スープはあっさりとして優しい味わいです。
ザーサイは辣油がまぶされていてピリッとした辛味があり、杏仁豆腐は華やかな風味がします。
ボリュームがある定食であったが、飽きることなく味わえて食後はすっきりとした気分でした。
旨かったです。
We visited Gangnamwon on Saturday, February 1, 2020.
The structure of the shop is rather wide with only table seats than you think from the front.
There are a wide range of customers, both young and old, and there is no background music playing inside the store.
When I arrived at the table, cold barley tea was served.
We ate beef vegetable fried rice + half ramen.
It's 900 yen including tax with cold fried, apricot tofu and zasai.
Ingredients for beef vegetable fried rice are beef, eggs, komatsuna, leek, etc., and plenty of ingredients are put in.
Beef is soft, elastic and full of umami.
The oil is evenly spread on the rice and the taste is plenty, but it is not persistent.
Ingredients for half ramen are char siu, egg, sprouts, and chopped green onions.
The noodles have a smooth, fluffy and light texture, and the soup has a light and gentle taste.
Zasai has a spicy spiciness and is sprinkled with savory oil, and apricot tofu has a gorgeous flavor.
Although it was a set meal with a lot of volume, I could taste it without getting tired and felt refreshed after eating.
It was delicious.

外観からは中が見えず一見暇かなと思い、中に入ると超満席。
「コチラ相席デス！」と席を案内されました。
戸惑いながらもまあそんなものかと変に納得。
卓ごとにメニュー表はなく、壁面の手書きのボードを見ながら注文。
提供も早くて味も量も満足。
たぶん近くのビジネスマンから愛される店舗。

大好きなエビがたくさん入ってプリップリで味付けもとっても良くてご飯がすすみまくりです！
デザートに杏仁豆腐までついてお得感すごくあるお店でした。
追記。
ラーメンも美味しかった！チャーシューほろっほろのトロットロ！大当たりの美味しさのお店です。繁盛している訳ですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 移転する前のさいたま赤十字病院に通院していた頃、何度かお邪魔したことがありました。久しぶりに近所に来たので懐かしくなって入店。
お昼定食の「牛肉と白菜のオイスター炒め￥800」をオーダーしました。10分足らずで配膳。ライス・玉子のスープ・搾菜・杏仁豆腐に冷奴が付いています。
主菜の牛肉は柔らかく、白菜と玉ねぎにオイスターソースが良く絡んでいます。少し味が濃過ぎる感もありましたが、かえって食が進み、私には多すぎると思ったライスを完食することができました。
デザートの杏仁豆腐も結構濃厚で美味しく、満腹満足なランチでした。
味・量・コスパ共にレベル以上で、またご贔屓にしたいと思います。
