風	風見恵子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スポーツで足の親指の爪が剥がれ、その後生えてきた爪が皮膚に食い込み痛くて悩んでいました。周りに聞くと病院に行くと、強引に切って終わり、とか言われ恐怖でどうすることもできなかったのですが、試しにネットで「巻き爪」と調べたらこちらがヒットしました。私の場合は親指の左右と前方に巻いていましたので、細いプレートを2本装着しました。最初は違和感がありましたが、1週間くらいしたら自然になり、翌週には普通に歩けるようになりヒールも履けるようになりました。一ヶ月後の2回目の治療の時にはすっかり痛みが無くなりました。医院の仲間清潔で、スタッフの方々も痛い部分に気を遣ってくださり、感謝しています。爪を甘くみていましたが、爪の大切さを知りました。普通に歩けるって本当に幸せです！ In sports, my big toe nails came off, and the nails that grew after that bite into my skin and I was worried.
