★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、頼まれた荷物を時間外ゆうゆう窓口で発送。
中身が見えるよう小窓作成した封筒でした。
樋口という男性局員対応でしたが、中身見えないとのことでその場で開封要求。
改めて封をする必要が有るため、文房具貸し出し希望し、当方の態度に納得がいかなかったのか、開封した際に発生したゴミを放り投げる行為。
また、対応終了後、【扉を激しく閉め、大音立てて怒りをぶつけて】おりました。
こんな物を八つ当たり対応する局員が存在する郵便局に、荷物を預けた場合、逆恨みの個人情報乱用や荷物を痛め付ける可能性が否めません。
もっと遠くても別の郵便局に寄れば良かったと反省しております。
この局員に限るかは不明です。
通りすがりで、依頼された荷物ですので、差出人に被害が及ばないように祈っております。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自社商品を理解していない局員がいて、調べもせずカタログを渡された。腑に落ちず同市内の小さい郵便局に行ったら丁寧に対応説明してくれた。本局で忙しくても商品の説明と対応が満足にできない者を窓口に置くのはどうかと思う。
