今の対応はただのガキ。生意気で偉そうに答えてくる。最悪。なんの対応も謝罪もない。

本社に接客の態度が酷かったことを電話したら、日立営業所から謝罪の電話かと思って出たところ、お客様になんか悪いところがあったからじゃないですかと。自分達に非がないことを伝えて来ました。もうここの家賃会社にしなければよかったと後悔しました。
