★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族の誕生日だったので団体で利用させて頂きましたが、とても残念な結果になりました。
まずそんなに混雑をしていないのに料理が出てくるのが遅く、まともに出て来だしたのが1時間近く掛かりました。
挙句注文してから1時間以上経ったあたりで注文の品が作れませんと言われたり、もう散々です。もっと早くに言って下さい。
お詫びにサービスですと言って出されたのが大量のきゅうりの浅漬け。それも急ごしらえで作ったのか、塩を振ってあるだけでちゃんと漬かっていないただのきゅうりでした。皆な無理をして食べていました。
早めに電話をくれればと言われましたが、このお店のお盆休み後初の開店でオープン15分前になってやっと電話が通じたのでそれは無理ですし、電話で人数が多いことや、お酒を飲む人が少ないので料理を沢山頼むことも大丈夫かきちんと確認もとり、あらかじめ注文も済ませておきました。その時に予約の時間までには出せるようにしておくと返答を頂きましたが、それがまさか後になって言い訳をされるとは思いもしませんでした。
お任せで料理を頼んでいましたが、適当にお腹を膨らませようとしていたのか、大量のきゅうりと人数分もない具なしのおにぎりを出された時には馬鹿にされているようでとても悲しかったです。
受け入れられる状態でないのならば断ってくれればよかったのに、それをしなかった時点で言い訳は通用しないと思います。
そんな残念な内容のわりに料金はしっかりめに取られました。
せっかくの誕生日が台無しになりとても悲しいです。

A large amount of lightly pickled cucumbers was offered as a service to apologize. Perhaps it was made in a hurry, it was just a cucumber that was just sprinkled with salt and not properly pickled. Everyone was forced to eat.
I was asked to call me early, but it was impossible because the phone was only available 15 minutes before the opening of this shop for the first time after the Obon holiday, and the number of people on the phone was large. Since there are few people who drink alcohol, it's okay to ask for a lot of food, and I made sure that it was okay, and I made an order in advance. At that time, I received a reply saying that I should be able to put it out by the reservation time, but I did not think that it would be an excuse later.
I was asking for food, but I was very sad that I was being ridiculed when I was served a large amount of cucumbers and rice balls without ingredients for the number of people, probably because I was trying to swell properly.
If it wasn't acceptable, I should have refused it, but if I didn't do it, I don't think the excuse would work.
In spite of such unfortunate content, the fee was taken firmly.
I'm very sad that my birthday was ruined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文料理の提供が少し時間がかかってしまいますが、店の雰囲気が良く店員さん、ママさんも穏やかで全く嫌な気持ちにはなりませんでした。
まったりと呑める居酒屋です。料理はとても美味しいです。最後にサービスで頂いたメロンが、地元にいるおばあちゃんを思い出してとても懐かしく感じました。

It is a izakaya where you can drink relaxedly. The food is very delicious. The last melon I received from the service made me feel very nostalgic when I remembered my grandmother in the area.
