★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社？が変わったのでスタッフの方もガラッとかわりました。以前はちょっと暗いイメージがありましたが、いまのスタッフさんたちは元気で明るいです。いつもありがとうございます。
ダメなことをするとちゃんとダメ！と怒ってくれますが自由奔放なお年寄り達をよく見てくれています(笑)スタッフさん同士も笑顔で会話されていて安心です。

施設長はやり手な感じがあるが、自分達のミスを謝罪する際に憮然とした口調で謝ったり、個人情報にあたらない質問に対して「個人情報に抵触するから答えられない」と回答する等、やり手には見えるが誠実さは感じられない人物である。
