★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感じのいい薬局ですが、薬を渡すとき、大きな声で病名を言うのはどうかと思いますよ。まわりには色んな方々が薬を待ってて、聞こえているはずです。個人情報のダダもれです。

病院からの処方箋通りに出してるから次回から病院の方に言ってくれと言われたので、受診時に医師に確認したら薬局のミスでした。
間違えた情報が薬局のパソコンに登録されているので、毎回間違えます。(それを医師の処方ミスと言っている)
客に指摘されてから確認作業が入るので、待ち時間が長いです。
それを想定してか、入口のすぐそばまで椅子が並んでいます。
薬を渡す時に、奥の広い所が空いてるのに、入口の近くの狭い所に案内して通路が狭くて通れない時が多々あります。
先日、車椅子の方が中に入れなくて引き返して行きましたよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 協同病院の処方箋で薬もらいに行って、2時間待ちました。
薬は前回行った時に次の受取日を伝えて取り寄せてもらってます。
別の薬局に変えることも考えましたが、取り寄せてもらってるので変えることもできず困ってます。
しかも、数量を間違えていて足りなかったし…あんなに時間をかけておいて確認も足りないのか？
次回行った時に「次は別の薬局にします」と断ろうか考え中です。
(追記)また数が足りない。睡眠薬の処方ミスって困るんですが…足りなくなったからって多くもらうことはできないんだから処方よりも少なく出すのは勘弁していただきたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬局の都合で薬を受け取ることができないのに、なぜ後日取りにいかなければならないのだろうか。
他の薬局は届けてくれるのに。
しかも１包化までして。
暇だと思っているのだろうか。
車椅子で行くの大変なんですよ。
後日受け取りに行ったときは待たずに受け取れると言っていたが、本当なのか疑問。
追記)取りに行ってから数を数え始めたので10分ほど待たされた。しかも数がおかしかったので指摘すると、確かにおかしいと思うが処方とおりにしか出せない。医師に確認する必要があるが、数日前の処方なのでできないと言われた。
家に帰ってから確認したら睡眠導入剤も足りなかった。
また取りに行くのはイヤなので、2錠飲むところを1錠でしのぎます。
