★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ・担当が痴呆か何かになって契約書を持ってこない
・契約書が無いのに「更新時期です」と連絡をよこす。
・その更新の契約書を送ると言っておきながらポストに投函。
・次の更新時期に連絡もナシでそのまま。
・給湯器が壊れたから連絡をしたら、大家に連絡します。と言って1日経過。
こっちから連絡したらようやっと「今大家と連絡がとれました」
何故繋がらなかったから待ってくれと報告しない？と言えば
「いや、今連絡取れた」だけ。
中間報告をしないのか？と聞いても「いや、だから今連絡がついた」
と繰り返す。
コレを書くと言えばうちも弁護士がと電話に出た取締役？が言う始末。
だったら最初からちゃんと対応しろよ！と思う
これが普通の仕事の対応なのか？？？
個人的にはそう思わない。

契約が決まりそうになった途端、明日中に初期費用全額振り込めという連絡には呆れました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応の遅さ＆連絡無しの凄さは凄い。キッチンの蛇口から水が漏れるので交換をお願いすれば完了するまでに1ヶ月。連絡してから3週間？音沙汰無し。出来る事なら関わりたくない・・・・。
The terribleness of late correspondence & no contact is amazing. Because water leaks from the kitchen faucet, it is one month to complete if you ask for replacement. 3 weeks since I contacted you? There is no tone. I do not want to engage if it is possible ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話しても来店しても基本的に態度悪いです。特に電話では早く切りたい感じしかないし、聞きたいことも十分に聞けない。
基本的に客を見下している感じです。
自身が20代ですが、若い人はバカにされてる感が漂っていて不快です。
連絡も遅いし、折り返しがないこともざら。
従業員の雰囲気も悪いし向上心のかけらもなさそう。
二度と使わないです。
