Reference, reading, magazines, children's books, audiovisual materials are functionally arranged, and it is a very easy-to-use library from the standpoint of users. Advanced services such as lending to other municipalities from the former Nakashinda library era should be highly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の人でなくともカードが作れるタイプの色んな自治体の図書館に訪れていますが、中新田はその街の規模に似合わないくらい大きな図書館で蔵書数も非常に多いのが特徴です。下手すると大崎市の図書館よりも多いかも、というくらいで、古い資料探しにはかなり良いです。ただ、当然ながらそういう使い方だと「宮城県図書館」が一番ですが。
加美町の人しかカードが作れない、というのがちょっと残念ですね。
I visit libraries of various local governments where even non-locals can make cards, but Naka Nitta is a large library that does not fit the size of the city and has a large collection of books. It may be more than the library in Osaki City if you are not good at it, so it is quite good for searching for old materials. However, of course, "Miyagi Prefectural Library" is the best way to use it.
It's a little disappointing that only people in Kami can make cards.
