本場の盛岡冷麺は何店舗も食べたことがあり、長野県でも本場の冷麺を食べたいと思って探していますが、ここの冷麺が1番美味しいです。

特上タンが比較的安い割にかなり上等のタンが食べられます。サイドも全て絶妙です。チョレギサラダのドレッシング、小腸、レバー、ユッケジャン、冷麺、最高です。

色々なお肉を食べましたけど全部美味しかっです。
特に馬肉ユッケとカイノミが気に入りました。
お店はお肉は塩味をおすすめしていますけど
もちろんタレ味も選べます。
無煙ロースターで匂いがつきにくいのも良いです。
値段も安すぎず高すぎず、ちょうどよい感じです。
駐車場は少し入りにくいですね。
