★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコンのクリーニングを依頼しました。私は立ち会えず主人が対応しましたが、特に不都合なく、事前の説明の通りに作業頂けたようです。室外機の清掃込みでこの価格なら、来年もお願いしたいと思いました。
 I asked to clean the air conditioner. I couldn't attend and my husband dealt with it, but it seems that he was able to work as described in advance without any particular inconvenience. I would like to request next year if this price includes the cleaning of the outdoor unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年前に購入し最近あまり使用していなかった古いエアコン1台のクリーニングをお願いしました。自動清掃機能付でしたが、思った以上に汚れていたのを目の当たりにし、依頼して本当に良かったと思いました。対応も素晴らしく、作業も丁寧ながら素早く、予定より早く終えていただいたのも助かりました。ぜひまた今回依頼しなかった他のエアコンや他のお掃除も依頼したいです。
I asked you to clean one old air conditioner which was purchased 10 years ago and was not used very recently. It was with automatic cleaning function, but I saw that it was dirty more than I thought, and I thought it was really good to ask. The response was excellent, the work was polite but quick, and it helped me to finish earlier than planned. I would like to request other air conditioners and other cleanings that I did not request this time again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回はじめておそうじ革命さんを利用しました。洗濯機のお掃除をお願いしましたが、洗濯物の臭いもなくなり本当によかったです。快適に洗濯できるので嬉しく思っています。作業や説明も丁寧で感心しました。また別の件で何かあればお願いしたいと思います。
今回は満足しましたです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越し先のクリーニングをお願いしました。急な引っ越し、さらに前の居住者の荷物がたくさん残っていたため回収業者が処分に入ったり、畳を入れ替えたりと、かなりスケジュールが厳しかったのですが、他の業者がいない合間にどんどん進めていただけました。かなり汚されていたのに気持ちよく住めるくらいにしていただき大変助かりました。引っ越し後も気になるところを順にお願いしていきたいです。

The schedule was quite strict, such as a sudden move and a lot of luggage left by the previous resident, so the collection company had to dispose of it and replace the tatami mats. I did. For the first time, I asked for cleaning of 3 air conditioners. All of them have been used for more than 10 years and I only asked for cleaning, but it took time to decide the schedule, so all three of them received antibacterial coats free of charge. I had them show the inside of the air conditioner with a smartphone and checked the dirty water. I am very satisfied with the work time and response. φ

写真は清掃後クレームを入れてみにきてもらってきれいですと言われたが
やっぱり臭いので自分で汚れを取ってみた一部です。
I had two air conditioners cleaned, but I couldn't get rid of the odor and mold at all.
I was told that the photo is beautiful after cleaning and I was asked to make a complaint.
After all it smells so it is a part that I tried to remove the dirt myself.
