かなり土地には拘っていたので、希望の土地を伝えた所、不動産屋でしか見れないサイト？に沢山載ってるから店に来てほしいとの事。
コロナ渦で対面は極力したくなかったのですが、希望の土地・予算を伝え紹介できるから来て欲しいと強く言われ伺う事になりました。
伺うと最初の1時間住宅ローンの話、土地を探してもらうと全く希望に合わない場所を長々と。
結果希望の場所は全く紹介してもらえず本当時間の無駄でした。
その後は営業の方から来店のお礼メールすらきません。
結果別の業者で決まったのですが、仮にこちらの業者が100万円安くても選ばなかったです。
