除雪が史上最高に下手くそ。
場所は三高通り（三本木公高から中央交番にかけての南北道路）。
どこの業者が除雪を担当しているか調べた結果、上北建設の担当箇所。
道路の凸凹が今まで50年近く雪国で生きてきた中で最強の凸凹。
高低差３０～４０センチ前後の穴だらけで車体の底を擦りながら
時速40キロの道路を時速10キロで進むような状態。
車の足回りがこの業者のせいでみんなへたってしまったはず。
大雪が降った時に全く除雪せず、車で踏み固められてしまうからこうなる。
頭に来るのは何日経っても全く直そうとしないこと。
上北建設の全社員に告ぐ。
今すぐ三高通りの道路を車で通過しなさい。
何のために住民税を払っているのかわからん。
もう除雪業者から外れてほしい。
