職員の態度が悪い。
少し前に事件がありましたが、新入りは虐められるでしょうね。
その時だけ火葬で参列した遺族が、職員の態度が悪いのがわかりましたから。
接客を知らない人達が、悲しみとどうしていいのかわからないことを良い事に適当な事言い過ぎ。
1日の数をこなさないといけないのと、普通の人は嫌がってする仕事をしてやってるんだぞ！と思って仕事？しているのか知りませんが、とても気分悪かったです。
むかーし昔の火葬場の時は「心付け」をやたら「葬儀屋さんに聞いてないですか？」と言ってましたしね…
そろそろ、きちんとした方(葬儀社勤務経験あり)のような方に人選入れ替えたらどうですか？

Why don't you switch people to someone who is decent (have experience working at a funeral company)?
