★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性オペレーターの対応が最悪でした。ほったらかし温泉から山梨駅までの送迎をお願いし、5人での利用と伝えた途端に態度が急変。時間がかかっても、お金がかかっても良いって構わないと伝えても無理の一辺倒。先時に利用させて頂いたドライバーの方は良かったのに残念です
The female operator's response was the worst. I asked for a transfer from Hot Spring to Yamanashi Station, and my attitude changed suddenly as soon as I told that it was used by 5 people. Even if it takes time, it is impossible to say that it may cost money. It is disappointing though the driver I was allowed to use at the previous time was good
