★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 運転マナー最低ばっか、歩道の自転車や歩行者確認もせず出入りするトラック多いし、歩道にはみ出て車は止める。しまいには入り口からトラック溢れて道路まで潰す始末。一般公道を自分たちの駐車場と勘違い。

受付に行ってもいらっしゃいませーというだけで誰も対応しようとしない。皆が他人任せで来たとしても渋々、面倒くさそうに対応してくる。
私の方の不備でその日の荷物は預けられずまた後日来ることに。
日を改めて土曜日に伺ったのですが土日の発送は行っておらず受け取りだけはしてくれるとのこと。
平日来た時よりも従業員の数も少なくシーンとしていました。それは別にいいのですが一人の従業員が『今日は早く帰りてぇのによ〜まだ終わんねーよ』と。
普通客の私がいる前で言わないですよね。
私そっちのけで大声でプライベートの話で盛り上がってました。非常に不愉快です。
受付の人の態度とかかなり悪いので改めた方がいいと思いますよ。星ひとつもつけたくありません。

引き取り時の対応も、とても良いです。
営業所止めの商品が届いていますと、わざわざ電話してきてくれたりと、とても親切です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 支店止めの荷物を受け取りに行きましたが、受付の女性の方はチラっと見るだけで対応してくれませんでした。大きな声で世間話してるだけで対応しようとしません。物凄く不快です。受付付近にいる◯島さんお客さんに対する態度改めた方が良いですよ。
