★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入所したての頃に受けた入所児からの肉体的な暴力も、それを見て見ぬふりをしていた職員の目も、職員からの言葉の暴力も未だにトラウマです。
確かに家よりはマシだったです。それと、世の中にはろくな大人が居ない、誰も助けてくれない、という事を小学生の段階で再認識させてくれる場所でした！！家でもこの施設でも人格全否定でしたね！！お陰様で自分で全部どうにかする癖が付きました！！
今いる職員様方が同じことを繰り返してない事だけを祈ってます！！
 The physical violence from the children who had just entered the hospital, the eyes of the staff who pretended not to see it, and the violence of words from the staff are still traumatic.
Certainly it was better than home. Also, it was a place that reminded me when I was in elementary school that there are no vulnerable adults in the world and no one can help me! !! Personality was totally denied at home and at this facility! !! Thanks to you, I got a habit of doing everything myself! !!
I just pray that the current staff members are not repeating the same thing! !!
