忙しそうだったので条件を提示し、後日紹介という事で連絡を入れてもらうようにお願いしたが、結局連絡はなかった。
他の会社で物件を用意してもらったので特に問題なかったが、なんだかなぁと思った。

その建物上部が賃貸マンションとなっています。
かなり前に利用した。当時のスタッフは対応良かったのだが、同じ建物にある中央住宅の従業員が酷かった。
賃貸契約の際、引越等で荷物運搬のときは敷地にある駐車場を利用して良いと許可をもらったのだが、駐車場を利用すると車を出せないように嫌がらせをする従業員がいる。契約の際に許可をもらったと抗議するが中央住宅の従業員は聞く耳持たず。とにかく駐車するなと一方的。
この店舗兼賃貸物件は国道に面しており、引越時に駐車するスペースは無し。歩道を塞ぐ感じで無理に駐車も可能だが、駐禁のため青キップの可能性大。
この店舗を利用する際は注意が必要です。
