拉	拉麺利義 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そばはアッサリしていて、でもしっかり味が強く美味しかったのですが、つけ麺は正直しつこかったです。ランチセットだったので角煮丼も食べたのですが、紅しょうがが若干主張が強く、水で流し込むような味でした。角煮丼自体は総合的にレベルが高かったと思います。 The Chinese noodles were light, but the taste was strong and delicious, but the tsukemen was honestly persistent. Since it was a lunch set, I also ate Kakuni-don, but the red pickled ginger was a little more assertive, and it tasted like pouring in water. I think the Kakuni bowl itself was of a high level overall.
株	株式会社彩煌ホーム on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻婆飯以前は麻婆麺で木曜日限定でしたが今は通常メニューに変わりご飯に変更も可能になりました。ここの麻婆豆腐はかなりクオリティ高いです。普通にご飯と食べても美味しいです。そのへんの中華料理屋行くよりおすすめです。 2022/3/18 追記麻婆麺が木曜土曜限定に変更になってました。 Mapo tofu Previously it was limited to Thursday with Mapo noodles, but now it is possible to change to rice instead of the regular menu. Mapo tofu here is of very high quality. It is delicious even if you eat it with rice normally. It is recommended rather than going to that Chinese restaurant. 2022/3/18 postscript Mapo noodles have been changed to Thursday and Saturday only.
柏	柏のさわちん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回は海老つけ麺を頂いたので今日は醤油をチョイス!しかも特製にした。川越界隈の醤油ラーメンはレベルが高いので期待したが、自分には合わないようだ。ダシとのバランスを楽しみ、美味いと飲み干せるのが今日は残してしまった。細麺のクオリティは高いし、色々な味のメニューもあるから飽きないお店！ Last time I got shrimp tsukemen, so I chose soy sauce today! And I made it special. I expected the soy sauce ramen in the Kawagoe area because of its high level, but it doesn't seem to suit me. I enjoyed the balance with the dashi stock, and today I left it to be delicious and drinkable. 。	。まろん. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩そばと自分は限定味噌を食べました。待ってる間のビールは美味かったス♪ 塩のスープはクセなくコクあるが温度が低く茹でた麺で温まっていた。さて味噌のスープは辛さ先行の味噌味で微妙。個人的にチャーシューに味が付いてるのが好きなんで満足でしたが少し味付けは抑えるとバランスが良かったと感じました。味噌の固まり出てきて溶かしたら旨辛く更に美味しくなったんで残念な2に近い星3となります。客(師匠？)と話に夢中だったが集中して作って欲しかった。 Shio soba and myself ate limited miso. ポ	ポテトグラタン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 定期的に利用してます。いつもは麻婆麺を食べてます。本格的な麻婆豆腐で辛味と旨味のバランスが良く個人的にとても好きです。麺を食べて残ったスープ？にご飯を追加して麻婆飯にすると2度美味しいです。先日は、豚骨の日？なのか限定が豚骨押しで連れと2品食べてみました。豚骨醤油ラーメンはちょっと塩味が強かったですが美味しかったです。豚骨マー油つけ麺は酸味が強く豚骨の旨味があまり感じられなかったのが残念⤵︎麺は太麺でコシがありとても美味しい。また別の限定にチャレンジしてみます。
K	Kナオキ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は東武東上線　鶴ケ島駅近隣にある『はつがい商店』さんへ(^-^) 鶴ケ島駅から徒歩2,3分のところにあります。 11:30オープンですが、店内は平日にもかかわらず、満席でした！！食券制となります。店内はカウンターと入り口近くにある4名席のテーブルのみ。しおそばが有名なお店みたいですが、今回は迷いに迷ったあげく、特製つけ麺の中盛りを注文。着丼までの時間は7,8分程度。盛り付けは華やかさがあり、とても綺麗です。麺は中細麺で弾力があり、食べ応えがあります。また、スープは鰹節の効いた魚介系でかなりの濃厚なスープでした！！麺との絡みが最高です(^-^) 煮卵もとろみがあり、食べやすく、チャーシューもナイスです！中盛りの量とつけ麺のスープの量が同じタイミングでなくなる感じで、スープ割りまでは堪能出来ず(^^;; 『はつがい商店』さん、東武東上線沿線の名店ですね！美味しかったです(^_^) This time to "Hatsugai Shoten" near Tsurugashima Station on the Tobu Tojo Line (^-^) It is a few minutes walk from Tsurugashima station. It's open at 11:30, but the store was full even though it was a weekday! !! It will be a meal ticket system. There is only a counter and a table with 4 seats near the entrance. Also, the soup was a fish and shellfish-based soup with dried bonito flakes, and it was quite rich! !! The entanglement with the noodles is the best (^-^) The boiled egg is thick and easy to eat, and the char siu is also nice! I felt that the amount of medium and the amount of tsukemen soup disappeared at the same timing, so I could not enjoy the soup split (^^ ;; "Hatsugai Shoten" is a famous store along the Tobu-Tojo Line!
