子	子りじぇ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この会社の従業員は、いつも店の前の道路に大きな車をかなりはみ出した状態で駐車しているため、道路を走る車や自転車、歩行者が危険に晒されています。そんな非常識で目先の安全を守れない人たちの会社が売る物の安全性など、信じられないですね。 Employees at the company are always parked with large cars well over the road in front of the store, putting cars, bicycles and pedestrians on the road at risk. 山	山正 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 竹塚機械は自己責任直すから、直らなくてもクレームは言いませんと言っても、部品を出してくれません、自分の店で見てからでないと部品を出さないみたいな農機具店です、結局、自分の所に工賃が入らないと、部品すら売ってくれませんでした、最悪な対応でした！色々聞かれるのがストレスになるとか言って、買って貰う時は色々と聞かれても、ストレスにならないんですかね〰結局、他のヤンマーの店で部品を出してもらいました、症状を伝えたら、あやしい所を教えてくれました、竹塚機械店は自分で直す人には冷たい対応で、自分の所にお金の入らない事には、話するのもストレスみたいです、ここで農機具買うのは考えもんですね。 Takezuka Machinery will fix its own responsibility, so even if you say that you will not complain even if you do not fix it, it will not give out parts, it is a farm equipment store that seems to not give out parts unless you see it at your own shop, In the end, if I didn't get the wages, I wouldn't even sell the parts, which was the worst response! In the end, I had the parts taken out at another Yanmar store, and when I told them the symptoms, they told me what was wrong. It seems stressful to talk about things that don't fit in, so I'm thinking about buying farm equipment here.
伊	伊藤正 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまり高価ではありませんが、中古農機具を竹塚機械店から購入しました。正直、近所の人達からはあそこの機械は直ぐに壊れて修理代をとられるから辞めておいた方がいいと言われましたが、ここの物が1番安かったので購入してしまいました。結果、約半年で3回壊れて、修理代を入れると割高でした。。それでも従業員が親切なら納得しましたが、購入するまでと購入後では面白いくらい態度が激変します。やはり近所の方々の評判を聞くべきでした、、、?? 購入後のアフターフォローまでが価格だといい勉強になりました。でも、二度と買いません。 It's not very expensive, but I bought a used farm equipment from Takezuka Machinery Store. コ	コシヒカリ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも部品を購入させて頂いてます。細かい部品もパーツリストから割り出してもらえヤンマーの部品は大概在庫してある感じなので農繁期などの故障の際特に助けられてます。農機を購入するしない関係無く対応してくれ次回は是非農機購入の際もお世話になりたいと思います。 I always buy parts.
