★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 障害者の方達に全職員が、障害者さん達の立場に立って支援しています。ほんの少しの出来事でも役所とか保健所に密に連絡を取りながら運営しています。なので他の県で虐待のニュースを聞くと、有り得ないと思っています。
 All staff members support people with disabilities from the standpoint of people with disabilities. Even the slightest event is managed by keeping close contact with the government office or health center. So when I hear news of abuse in other prefectures, I don't think it's possible.
