★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真ん中にグランドがあり、周囲1周を回れる遊歩道があります。遊具は砂場、大きくてトンネル状の滑り台付きアスレチック、ブランコ。遊歩道に沿って簡単な大人用エクササイズ器具があります。
 There is a ground in the middle, and there is a promenade that can go around one lap. Playsets are sandboxes, large, tunnel-shaped athletics with slides, and swings. There are simple adult exercise equipment along the promenade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1周約400mのランニングコースになっており、老若男女問わずたくさんの方々ランニングやウォーキング、犬の散歩をされている。2021年4月ごろから、コースでの自転車走行が禁止になった。
トイレは綺麗ではないが使える。
6〜12歳向けの遊具で、明らかにそれ以下の年齢の子供が子供たちだけで遊んでいるのが怖いと思うことはある。親は集まって話しているだけ。
グラウンドは地元の野球チームやサッカーチームが予約して使用しているとき以外は自由に入って遊べる模様。
春は桜が綺麗だし、花と緑の学習園が近くにあったりして、四季を感じられる。
The running course is about 400m per lap, and many people of all ages are running, walking, and walking dogs. From around April 2021, biking on the course was banned.
The toilet is not clean but can be used.
It's a playset for 6 to 12 years old, and obviously it's scary for younger children to play alone. Parents just get together and talk.
It seems that the ground can be freely entered and played except when the local baseball team or soccer team reserves and uses it.
In spring, the cherry blossoms are beautiful, and there are flowers and a green learning garden nearby, so you can feel the four seasons.

10数年振りに来ましたが、以前より子供が増え、ゴミも減り遊具も増えて、環境も良くなった印象です。
グラウンドも開放されているようで◎
周辺にスーパーやコンビニ、コインパーキングも有り。
また、死角が増えて危険なので良くはありませんが、少しなら車も止めれそうです。

その周りには、桜並木が有り
春には、西明石の花見スポットになります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great park with clean toilets, playground for the kids and is conveniently located close to Nishi Akashi station.
Has some facilities for exercise such as a pull up bar, rings, bench and a few other exercise points geared towards the older generation. No parallel bars.
Has a large open ground for ball sports.
Cherry blossoms look great in spring.
Lacks grassy areas though.
