★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの仲が悪い。派遣さんに夜勤を１回のOJTで任せるな。いつか事故が起きるぞ。だから正社員だろうと派遣だろうと続かない。
 The staff are not close. Do not leave the night shift to the dispatcher with one OJT. Someday an accident will occur. Therefore, it does not continue whether it is a regular employee or a dispatch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不親切。入居者をお金としか思ってないのかな。面会は１日３回、14時半、15時、15時半の３回だけ。たったの３人しか面会出来ません。
３日前に予約しないとです。家族がずっと会えなくてもおかまいなし。
全部他人事。最悪。差入れも面会時じゃないと受け付けてもらえません。
unkind. I wonder if the residents only think of money. Visits are held 3 times a day, 14:30, 15:00, 3:30 only. Only 3 people can visit.
I have to make a reservation 3 days in advance. It doesn't matter if the family doesn't meet all the time.
Everything else. worst. You will not be able to accept the insertion unless you visit.
