★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前本業の他に収入が欲しくてダブルワークで日雇いの派遣で行きましたが環境が悪かったですね。
仕事内容は冷蔵倉庫内でのピッキングと出荷作業でしたが体力的にはそこまできつくない（飲料扱う側だと女性にはきついかも）が自分のペースでゆっくりやるという訳にもいかず、早歩き、または小走りでピックするので常に動き回るので寒いという事はなく逆に汗かく感じでした。
急いでやるので棚に頭をぶつけることもあり、休憩時間が決まってなくその日の現場のリーダーの指示で休憩に入るので酷いときは4時間以上ぶっ続け（トイレ休憩もなし）でやらせることも。
また一番に嫌だなと思ったのがこのコロナ環境で仕事中に常連さんが顎マスクして複数名で話していた事、咳してる人が居たことですかね。新人さんは皆きっちりマスクしていました。
働いてる人達の印象はそこまで悪くなかったですけど人が大人しくしてるのを良いことに1人身障みたいな男性が先輩風ふかしてるのがいましたが適当にながしてあんまり相手にしなかったですねw面倒くさいんで。
I used to go by dispatching a day laborer for double work because I wanted income in addition to my main business, but the environment was bad.
My work was picking and shipping in a refrigerated warehouse, but I couldn't do it slowly at my own pace, although I wasn't physically fit (maybe it's hard for women to handle beverages), so I walked fast. Or, because I pick with a short run, I always move around, so it wasn't cold and I felt sweaty.
Since I do it in a hurry, I sometimes hit my head on the shelf, and since the break time is not fixed and I take a break at the instruction of the leader of the day, if it is terrible, I can do it for 4 hours or more (without restroom break).
Also, what I thought was the most disgusting was that the regulars were talking with multiple people while working in this corona environment with a chin mask, and there was a person who was coughing. All the newcomers were wearing masks exactly.
The impressions of the working people weren't that bad, but the good thing about people being quiet was that there was a man with a disability who was like a senior, but he didn't deal with him so much. w It's a hassle.
