鶏塩は丼の底に生姜とソボロが沈んでおり、食べ進めるにつれ味が変化していく。 鶏塩の場合、最初は中太麺が入っているが、替玉では細麺も選択可。どちらかというと細麺の方がこのラーメンには合うと思う。 あと、あっさりは色に似合わず結構オイリー。見た目によらずに濃厚な味。決して、あっさりなんかでは無い。 チャーシューはあっさりが薄切り2枚に対して、鶏の方は厚切り1枚。 出入り口前に灰皿があり、煙草の煙が店内へと入り込むのが非喫煙者からするとかなりの減点。 せっかくの美味しいラーメンが台無しになってしまう。 味が良いので、田舎にも関わらず県外からの車も多数有り。コロナ渦で県外人(東京、神奈川、千葉、埼玉)を嫌悪する方はまだ行かないほうが良いかも。

土日と平日で メニューが変わるお店です 初訪問した今回は土曜日 魚介スープの日でした あっさりお魚ラーメン850円 餃子3個240円 いただきました( ´∀`) 麺は極細 味玉、メンマ、チャーシューが 乗ってました チャーシューが驚くほどやわらかく、箸で持ち上げるとくずれてしまうレベルかも( ^∀^) 餃子はラーメン店には珍しく蒸し餃子なんですかね? シュウマイに似た感覚を感じました そういえば、鹿沼はシュウマイを推してる街みたいですからね(*´ー`*) 次回は濃厚系をいただきたいと思います

丁寧な仕事の繁盛店。あっさりのしょうゆラーメンはやさしく、上品な感じでした。老若男女に愛されるラーメンでした。 オーダーは特製ラーメン大盛。 水餃子も頂きましたが、3つでも食べ応えがあり美味しかったです。 チャーシューがトロトロ系だったのでスープが負けている感じがしましたが、丁寧な仕事を感じます。 ただ、麺は普通で優しい味わいなので後半はだんだん飽きてきました。 味変できるような卓上アイテムがあればいいなと思いました。

初訪問。メニューが沢山有りすぎて目移りしてしまう。ちょっと気になったかんし~めん(牡蠣煮干しだし)と餃子三個を注文。牡蠣エキスが効いた醤油スープ。旨い‼️麺は細目のストレート。一枚チャーシューだけど厚みがありほろりと崩れてく。ちょっと味は濃いめ。餃子は、蒸し餃子っぽく自分としては今一!

世界で1番美味しいラーメンだと思ってます。 この日の気分は鳥青ネギだったのですが、いつもは鳥そばブラックを注文してます。こってりとしたスープに鳥出汁と黒マー油が絶妙なハーモーニーで本当に大好き。定期的に食べたくなって訪れます。チャーシューも美味しいので、ご飯物のチャーシュー丼もおすすめです。餃子はふわっと林檎のような風味を感じる(入ってるか分かりませんが)さっぱりしてて食べやすくて毎回注文してます。小皿にお味噌みたいな美味しいものがついてくるので、お酢と溶いて食べます。こってりラーメンの合間にさっぱり餃子。基本ラーメンのスープは残してしまうことが多いのですが、匠仁坊のラーメンはスープも完飲できちゃいます。書いてたら、また行きたくなっちゃうなー( ˙꒳​˙ )

Good ramen made with fish and chicken. I personally loved the assari ramen. Place is beautiful and they have good jazz music.
