袋を開けると、発酵した味噌の香りがふんわり漂います。
チーズの周りはほんのり茶色く、味噌とチーズが合わさると絶妙なコクとなります。私は酒は飲まないのでわかりませんが、「日本酒にピッタリ」と書かれている通り、確かにお酒のつまみに縦にちょっとずつ割いてコリコリと噛みながら混ぜ合わせるとうまそうだと思う。
