a	amsang04 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一人旅で2020年10月中旬に行きました。テレビで紹介された大食堂が目当てでビル自体も昭和な感じのレトロ感は想像以上でした。 14時前に行った際、6階の食堂には6割くらい人がいましたが、1階やビル周辺には殆どいませんでした。コロナ禍かつ平日だからでしょうかネットで調べたら元々岩手県花巻市で43年間営業していたマルカン百貨店が2016年6月に閉店。閉店後、すぐさま地元の若手経営者らが立ち上がり、空き家や使われなくなった商業ビルなどを再生しながらエリアの価値を高める「リノベーションまちづくり」の手法で、2017年2月にマルカンビルとして復活を果たしたとありこの志を知り、コンテンツ自体も素晴らしいのでこれからも生き残って頂きたいと思いました。 I went on a solo trip in mid-October 2020.
