★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入所者は閉じ込められている感じです。スタッフは頑張ってますが、経営方針が良くないのか、毎日寝て起きて食事させられるだけ。悲しくなります。スタッフ不足はいずこも同じなのですから、管理者の問題かと。
その後他の施設にも行く機会がありましたが、他も同様。フレンドリーなスタッフがいるだけでも、いいのかもと、考えさせられました。日本全体の問題ですね。
 Residents feel trapped. The staff is doing their best, but maybe the management policy is not good, I just sleep and wake up every day to eat. I will be sad. The shortage of staff is the same everywhere, so I wonder if it's an administrator problem.
After that, I had the opportunity to go to other facilities, but the same was true for others. It made me wonder if it would be good just to have friendly staff. It's a problem for Japan as a whole.
