成	成田郁弘 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 桶川出張も明日一日。出張用の自炊道具は昨日次の宿舎に送ったので、本日は満を持してまえ沢亭へ。宿舎から至近なのに何故、満を持したかというと口コミが実に賛否とっ散らかっており、味は自らの判断だが、接客で嫌な思いはしたくない。ってわけで、ネガティブになっていた。が、上尾在中の知人の推しがあり、ならば、とうかがいました。17時45分入店。まぁ、おおよそ創造は巡らせていたのですが、すべて想定内。私ぐらいのジジィになると少し寂しいがナメられることはもはや皆無。ていねいな接客と、極上のメニューは間違えなく★満点。お値段も高級です。極上から並までの部位を揃えていますが、この店では覚悟して財布をひっくり返すべき！何故なら、たぶんここの極上部位は他ではなかなかいただけない希少部位だと思う。こちらにおいては「高価かろう美味かろう」が成立します。特上サーロイン、やばいッス！（が、特上のさらに上の吟選サーロイン150gもあり）グーグルマップのプロフィールも高級となっており、コスパ重視の方にはお薦めいたしません。未体験の美味しいお肉を食べたい方限定でございます。 Okegawa business trip will be one day tomorrow.
