-	- nina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外観も店内も、おしゃれで素敵なお店。アップルパイは、紅玉の甘酸っぱさととカスタードクリームの甘さが、美味でした。 The exterior and interior are fashionable and nice. The sweet and sour taste of Jonathan and the sweetness of custard cream were delicious for the apple pie.

There is only a bakery, and even through the mask, the inside of the store is filled with the nice aroma of butter and bread. It was an orthodox apple pie, but that's why you can eat as many as you like. The walnut pie looks very delicious and I was curious, so I would like to buy it next time.

Located near Hirosaki Castle, the exterior is very fashionable with lots of flowers. There is also a parking lot and eat-in space. Crispy apple pie pie with plenty of Fuji. It was very delicious.
A	Analynn Graham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boulangerie Four Situated on the opposite corner of the fringe of Hirosaki Park we stumbled upon this unassuming boulangerie. Stepping into this bakery early morning with the flavours wafting in the air it was the perfect place to take a break. The bakery was featured in the a tourist leaflet (we are from Australia) particularly for their jonathan apple hirosaki pie. My goodness. It was soo good. Together we sampled near every variety and then went back for more! We often remember the bakery and each scrumptious item but also the lady Owner of the bakery was so lovely and lively and kind enough to take the time to talk with us which was a real pleasurable experience. We highly recommend Boulangerie Four for a local treat.
