★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大学のキャンパス、研究施設なので、普段は一般人立ち入りは原則禁止ですが、春の桜や初夏は演習用のバラ園が無償で一般公開されます。
駐車場や飲食施設はありませんが、桜の時は、アルコール以外の飲食物の持ち込みでお花見ができます。
As a university campus and research facility, it is generally not permitted to enter the public in principle, but cherry blossoms in spring and rose gardens for exercises will be open to the public free of charge.
There is no parking lot and eating and drinking facilities, but in the case of cherry blossoms, it is possible to have Hanami by bringing in food and drink other than alcohol.
