★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて伺った際に予約はしているかと入口で確認されたので、今回は予約を取ってからにしようと電話をすると「予約は取っていない」と一方的に告げられガチャ切りされた。
大変失礼なお店。
 When I first visited, it was confirmed at the entrance whether I had made a reservation, so when I called after making a reservation this time, I was unilaterally told that I had not made a reservation and was cut off.
Very rude shop.

スタッフさんと話している途中でも話を遮って他の方の接客に行ってしまったり、満席の際は「空いてません！」と勢いよく扉を閉められたり、
一度体験してしまうと、どうしても足が遠のいてしまいます。
The taste was good, but the customer service was the worst.
Even while talking to the staff, I interrupted the conversation and went to serve other people, and when it was full, the door was closed vigorously saying "It is not vacant!"
Once you experience it, you will be far from your feet.

女子店員さんがグラスをとても丁寧に洗ってくれているのがとても印象的。

すごく美味しいんですが、２回とも2日ごお腹を下し急性胃腸炎と診断されました。
でもお店が賑わっているので皆がみんなお腹を下すようではないと思います。
レアな鶏肉が出てくるのでお腹が強くない方にはお薦めしません。

It's very delicious, but I was hungry for two days both times and was diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis.
But I don't think everyone is hungry because the shops are busy.
Rare chicken comes out, so it is not recommended for those who are not hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味い。コスパが凄い！30店舗以上の鶏皮串を食べて来ましたが、わたしの中のベストオブベスト皮タレ串はここかもしれません。表面はさっと軽く焦げ目が付いていて、噛むと鶏のアブラと旨味がジューシーに広がります。また、うずら串に驚きました。なんとこちらのうずら串は半ナマ。半熟か！とにかく初めて食べました半熟うずら。これって凄いことで、普通は水煮のうずらを焼いて出すところを、恐らく生卵を半熟に茹でて焼いて出しているということ。手間暇を惜しまない店主さんのこだわりを感じました。また、他の串を見ても串打ちと言われる鶏肉を木串に刺す基本がしっかり出来ていることが分かります。小ぶりな鶏肉を表裏まできっちり揃え、綺麗に仕上げています。それでいて一本130円前後と大変お得です。こういう個人店は絶対に生き残って欲しい。ちなみにわたしは一昨日、昨日と２回とも満席でようやく訪店出来ました。ごちそうさまでした！
delicious. Cospa is amazing! I have eaten over 30 chicken skin skewers, but my best of the best skin skewers may be here. The surface is lightly burnt, and when chewed, chicken abra and umami spread juicy. I was also surprised by the quail skewers. This quail skewer is half raw. Is it half-ripe? Anyway, I ate the first half-boiled quail. This is amazing, where you normally cook boiled quail and boil the raw eggs half-boiled and bake them out. I felt a commitment of the shopkeeper, who spare no time and effort. You can also see that the basics of slicing chicken, which is said to be skewered, into a wooden skewer are well established. A small chicken is prepared on both sides and finished neatly. Still, it is very profitable at around 130 yen. I want these private stores to survive. By the way, I was finally able to visit the store the day before yesterday and twice yesterday. Thank you for the meal!

串焼きは最初にまとめて頼むのが暗黙のルール。
内臓系はどれも美味しく、つまみも充実してます。
決して高いわけでは無いが、丁寧に焼かれた串焼きは是非とも試して頂きたい。
基本的には予約不可なので、お店に行って空いていれば入店の流れです。

BGMは昭和歌謡&演歌です。好きな人には好きなんだと思います。
塩かタレか選べません。店側のおすすめで出すそうです。焼き物はいっぺんに頼んで欲しいそうです。飲み物も空いたらすかさず聞かれます。焼き場を囲むようにカウンターが置かれています。
カウンターの椅子はすべって座りにくいです。
店側主導のようです。
美味しかったですが、普通に美味しいくらい。私には急かされているようで嫌でした。
好きな人には好きなんだと思いますが、ゆっくり相手との時間と食事を楽しみたい人にはむいてないと思います。
