３月末までシューズクリーニングしていると聞いたのでHP確認して来店しましたが、２８日で終わっているからと言われてしまい。ただHPには、３１日までと書いてあると伝えましたが対応して頂けず。謝りもなかったので。
自分の分だけは半額でなくてもやって貰おうと思っていましたが、あまりにも対応が悪かった為全て持ち帰りました。家から凄く近いわけでもないのに凄く時間の無駄でした。
あくまでもそちらのミスではないのか？と疑問でした。
HPに書いてあることは嘘ということなのでしょうか？と疑問でした。
謝るべきだし、その対応でかなり変わったと思いましたが不愉快でした。
