翔	翔平 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野駅内のフードエリアにあります。生パスタを使っている点がポイントのパスタ屋さんです。店内は広々としておりテーブル席がほとんど。窓際はカウンター席となっており、1人でも気軽に入店できそうです。顧客層は観光客やカップルが多い印象。長野観光の玄関口でもあるため観光客らしい人も目立ちました。注文したのはランチメニューのほうれん草とモッツァレラチーズのクリームパスタ。麺の太さを選ばられます。自分は太麺を選びました。生パスタなだけに歯応え抜群。チーズもしつこくなく美味しく完食できました。また長野に寄った際は来店しようと思います。 Located in the food area of Nagano Station. You can choose the thickness of the noodles. I chose thick noodles. Excellent texture as it is raw pasta. The cheese wasn't too persistent and I was able to finish it deliciously.
