帰宅後、開けてビックリ！
サンプルとは程遠い低グレードと思われる小粒の豆多数、
焼けムラ、死豆の混入（結構な数）
焙煎前の選別、焙煎後の選別とか全然やってないんじゃないかな。
それに、蒸らし時の膨張も少なく、あまり新しくなさそうでした。
品質向上を望む。

I think I haven't done any sorting before roasting or after roasting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家のコーヒーの定番はマイルドカルディです。いつもは高崎で購入しますが、今回はスマークへ買い物に来たので購入しました。どこでも安定したものが購入でき助かります。コーヒー以外の商品も色々あります。ナッツとプルーンを良く買います。ヨーグルトに入れて楽しんでいます。
