安価でもあるので アピタに買物の度には 必ず店内を覗きます
今日は『生くるみ』1袋454g入り 税込980円を購入 (カリフォルニア産 米国クレイン社)
頂き噛むと 香りと甘味に クルミ独特の程よい苦味が加わり クセになる風味が抜群でした
また店頭では 販売されているコーヒー豆を
挽き ホットコーヒーの試飲を行っています
私はコーヒーは買いませんが いつも御馳走に
なっています
今まで チアシードが流行れば 一時使用
ココナッツオイルが良いと言えば 一時使用
でしたが
コーヒー試飲だけは欠かさず 来る度に実行で 意志の強い所も 有るわけです⁉

最近では韓国・タイ等のフードが充実しているので度々チェックしに行ってます。
