あ	あよ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも利用しています。先日、店員さんに品物がどこにあるか尋ねたら、「そこの棚の裏です」とだけ言われ案内してくれず。棚の裏に行って探したけど見つからない。店員に聞いてるのに、何でまた探さなあかんねんと腹が立って、もう一度どこですか？と聞くとやっと商品の場所まで来てくれました。何だか不機嫌そうにされました。ここで嫌な気分になったのは初めてです。 I always use it. The other day, when I asked the clerk where the goods were, he just said, "It's behind the shelves there," and he didn't guide me. I went to the back of the shelf and searched for it, but I couldn't find it. I was asking the clerk, but why did I get angry again and where was it again? When I heard that, he finally came to the place of the product. Somehow I was in a bad mood. This is the first time I feel uncomfortable here.

c	chihuagles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行くたびに珍しいものが売られているので楽しいお店です。ただ、他のKALDIに比べると店員さんの接客態度が今一つな感じがします。このご時世、仕方がないことではありますが、会計時の現金をトレーでやり取りするのは解ります。そのやり取りが何だかとても汚いものでも受け取るかのようにぞんざいなんですね。丁寧な口調で雑な接客をしているといった印象です。売り場で品出しをしている店員さんもお仕事に夢中でお客さんのことをまるで見てはいません。ものすごく邪魔なんですけれど…。大好きなKALDIですが、こちらの店舗は別ですね。 It's a fun shop because rare things are sold every time you go.
