前に利用した時の不適切な対応。
普通は対応した当事者が、上司と謝罪にくるのが常識だか。該当店舗の社員は本部に報告すらしてない。エリアマネジャーが電話で謝罪したのみでした。先日また千川店に連絡した友達が、お得意の言い訳の後、親しくもない店員に様ではなく、さん付けで呼ぶ。お客さんは友達や知り合いではない。しかし、神様でもないが、何にも変わってないって落胆してた。本部は再教育をするべきではないか？少し常識を疑う。

Is it common sense that the responding party usually apologizes with the boss? The employees in the store have not even reported to the headquarters. The area manager only apologized over the phone. A friend who contacted the Senkawa store the other day calls after a good excuse, not to an unfamiliar store clerk, but to the person. Customers are not friends or acquaintances. However, I was not a god, but I was disappointed that nothing changed. Should the headquarters retrain? I doubt a little common sense.
