When traveling all over the country, I like bread so much that I always stop by searching for popular bakeries in various places, but I think that it is the most delicious bread in Niigata in Shimoetsu Chuetsu. Cospa is also good and the best to say the least. I am happy that there is a delicious bakery nearby.
