リフォームされているので一見良さそうにみえますが、建物がとても古いので構造にかなり問題があります。
上下の部屋からの足音や声がかなり響いてきます。
ドアの開閉する音も聞こえます。
壁が薄い。
またリフォームしたばかりなのに、ドアの建付が悪い。
また入居者の入れ替わりが激しいので、皆さん何かしら不満を感じて退去するのだと思います。
