★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プリウスのハイブリッドインバータウォーターポンプを交換したく予約をして故障の診断をして頂きました。
車両を預ける際に言われるがまま頂いた
代車の質がとても低くタイヤの溝がツルツルでヒビが入っていました。いわゆる整備不良です。
この影響で整備工場をでて5分ほどでブレーキをした所簡単にスリップをしてしまい前の車に衝突してしまいました。
これ程までに生命の危機を感じた事はありませんでした。
幸いスピードも出ていなかったのでむち打ち程度で済みましたが、速度がでていたと考えると、、、怖くて震えます。
また、整備工場に戻ると整備不良の事を伝えると謝罪の言葉は一切なく 【うちは車検通ってるから大丈夫だ うちに責任は一切ない】などと言われました。
皆さんはここ(有)東自動車整備工場にお願いする時は代車のタイヤ、ブレーキパッドを確認してから運転する事をオススメします。
