G	Grand Bonheur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前、ここで印刷をお願いしたら見積もりの約2倍の金額を請求されました。レーザープリンターがあり、問い合わせると持ち込み印刷をお願いできるということで利用。実際に物を持って行くと、「こういう印刷は初めて」と言われたが、HPには同種の品物の印刷見本がいくつも載っており、その時点で何か違和感を感じた。位置合わせに時間がかかるとのことで預かりでお願いし、引取りに行くとひどい印刷ズレがあるのに完成品として引き渡そうとされた。さすがに受け取れないと修正を頼むと、さらに時間がかかった。そして請求では稼働時間がかかった分の費用として、見積もりの約2倍の金額が請求された。修正でインクを倍使い、そのための時間もかかったのでと言われたが、きちんと印刷する契約なのだから、不良品を修正するのは当然の事である。それに対する稼働時間まで請求されるのはおかしいと思ったが、品物をお店に預けていたために、納得いかないが全額支払った。後日、他で持ち込み印刷を受けてくれる所でお願いしたら、同じ条件で半額でプリントしてくれた。私はもう二度とここにはお願いしないが、これから不快な思いをする人が出ないよう、レビューとして残します。 A few years ago, when I asked for printing here, I was charged about twice as much as the estimate. When I asked for a correction if I couldn't receive it, it took more time. And in the billing, about twice the estimated amount was billed as the cost for the operating time. It was said that it took time to double the ink for correction, but since it is a contract to print properly, it is natural to correct defective products. I thought it would be strange to be charged for the working hours, but I wasn't convinced because I had left the goods at the store, but I paid the full amount. Later, when I asked for a place to bring in and print it, he printed it at half price under the same conditions. I won't ask you again, but I'll leave it as a review so that no one will feel uncomfortable in the future.
