★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はじめての物件探しでしたが、最悪な対応でした。上からの物の言い方でとても不快だったので、違うところで契約させて貰いました。二度と利用しません。
It was my first time looking for a property, but it was the worst response. I was very uncomfortable with the way things were said from above, so I made a contract in a different place. I will never use it again.

わからないことだらけでしたが、一つ一つ丁寧に説明していただきとてもわかりやすかったです。
お店の方の対応もとても良く、素敵な部屋が見つかりました。
次に引っ越しする時は、ぜひまたお願いしたいです。

There were many things I didn't understand, but it was very easy to understand because I explained each one carefully.
The shop staff was very friendly and I found a nice room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な転勤で物件を探すことになりましたが基本、自分の担当してくれた方は大変いい加減な方でした。
数件、物件をピックアップして一番のお勧めはこれです等と都合良い事を言っておきながらいざ、お勧め物件を選んで話を進めると暫くして礼金の絡みで我々ではどうにもならないので職場の上司経由で調整してくれ等と訳の分からん事を言い出す始末。何とか当初のお勧めの物件には決まりましたが引越まで間がない事を把握してるにも関わらず電気や水道などの開栓手続きの連絡も一切なく放置。
こちらから問い合わせる羽目になりました。
当日の手続きに関しても時間帯も大まかに何時以降に来てくださいと言う段取りにも関わらず、当日は担当者不在で別の方から｢お約束時間になっても来られませんがどうかされたのですか？｣と段取りで決めてない時間帯で話を進められている有り様でした。まともに業務の申し送りも出来ない様ですね。
ガス、電気の開栓時の電話対応と当日の鍵や入居手続き等の説明をしてくれた方はとても親切で申し分ない対応でした。
自分の担当してくれた方がとてつもないハズレ、地雷だった事なのですがあまりに悔しく腹が立ったので長文での書き込みさせて頂きました。
上記の電話担当してくれた方と当日の手続きを進めてくれた方が居なければ星はマイナスをつけたい位です。

I managed to decide on the recommended property at the beginning, but even though I knew that it wasn't long before I moved, I left it without any notice of opening procedures for electricity and water.
I ended up inquiring from here.
Despite the arrangement of the procedure on the day and the time zone to come after what time, the person in charge was absent on the day and another person said, "I can't come even if the promised time comes. Is it? ”And it seemed that the talk was proceeding at a time zone that was not decided by the setup. It seems that you can't even send a business report properly.
The person who answered the phone when opening the gas and electricity and explained the key and move-in procedure on the day was very kind and perfect.
The person in charge of me was a tremendous loss and land mine, but I was so frustrated and angry that I wrote it in a long sentence.
If there is no one who is in charge of the above telephone and who has proceeded with the procedure on the day, the star would like to add a minus.
